Purpose of processing

We process personal data solely in order to answer enquiries and handle bookings. We use no advertising trackers and send no newsletter.

Enquiry and booking form

If you contact us through the form or request a booking, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry and the booking. The legal basis is Art 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures).

The data is stored for as long as it takes to handle the request. Where a booking goes ahead, we keep the related records for seven years in line with §132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code.

Storage takes place on our own infrastructure in Austria.

Appointment booking via cal.com

We use cal.com for appointment booking. Your name, email address and the requested date are transmitted to Cal.com Inc. You will find details at cal.com/privacy

Hosting

This website is hosted with Vercel. Technically necessary log data is generated in the process; the legal basis is Art 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).

A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel; any transfer to the USA is covered by standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You will find details at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

Cookies

We use no analytics or marketing cookies.

Photos from sessions

We do not publish photos taken during shoots and sessions in the studio without your consent.
