How do I book, or see availability?

Have a look at our calendar and use the online booking tool — it shows availability for the next two months. If you are planning an event or shoot further ahead, just write to us and we'll find a date together.
Will I get an introduction on site?

Yes. On the day, please arrive 15 minutes before you start and we'll show you around. Our small office is in the room next door, so we are usually there during your booking if you need anything.
Can I leave and come back during a longer booking?

For bookings of 4 hours or more we give you temporary access to the studio.
Is there a cleaning fee?

There is no mandatory cleaning fee. If you shoot for an hour or two and leave the space tidy, all is well. If extra cleaning is needed afterwards (after events or workshops, for instance), a €30 cleaning fee is added to the final invoice.
Can the table setup be cleared away?

Yes, easily. You can pull the whole setup aside on the rug — light enough for one person. If you need the room completely clear, the table and chairs can be stored next door. Just let us know when you book.
How many chairs are there?

The table setup seats 8 as standard and extends with 3 bar stools, 2 small benches and 1–2 further chairs or stools.
What applies to using the backdrop paper?

If the backdrop paper shows signs of use, we charge a flat €20.
Is the studio accessible? Is there a lift?

Unfortunately not. The studio is on the third floor of a Viennese period building — part of its charm — so there is only a staircase, and neither a lift nor a stairlift. Prams and bicycles can be left in the courtyard downstairs.
Which payment methods do you accept?
